Tracy “Sarvani” Aleksic, E-R.Y.T.500 and Y.A.C.E.P. is an experienced yoga teacher, author and co-director of the 200hr. Bright Yoga Teacher Training program. She is an internationally renowned master yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance educational provider, therapeutic and prenatal Thai massage therapist, foot reflexologist, and trauma release facilitator who travels the world and inspires people to embody their fullest potential. Sarvani began her yogic studies in 1998 and received her 200- hour and 300-hour yoga teaching certifications through Inner Vision Yoga in Phoenix, Arizona in 2004. This is also where she studied extensively under David Berceli who developed a revolutionary method for stress and trauma recovery. She is currently enrolled in a 1000hr. Yoga Therapy program with the intention to bring yoga and mindfulness into the medical community. With her experience she weaves anatomical focus, emotional balance, and energy awareness, intermingled with a playfulness using movement as medicine.

While living in Phoenix, some of Sarvani's early yoga experiences were co-founding Yoga For Parkinsons at the Barrow Neurological Institute, rehabilitating bodybuilders through Hatha and Yin yoga practices, and teaching yoga science and meditative practices to psychiatric patients. Their benefits were documented and many of these patients were weaned off their psychotropic medications and taught helpful coping skills.

Sarvani traveled extensively around the world for several years studying various meditation and spiritual traditions which she incorporates into her yoga and meditation practices, as well as her healing arts applications. Sarvani studied prenatal Thai massage in Montreal, Quebec in 2007 and moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand to further study Thai massage therapy and reflexology at the Thai Massage Shivagakomarpaj. Through her solo travels, Sarvani volunteered with human trafficking victims in southeast Asia, rode her motorcycle through Laos, down the coast of Vietnam and into Cambodia, in Indonesia found a passion for scuba diving. She is well known for creating soul revitalizing and life transformative yoga-adventure retreats around the globe. Her love and wisdom for both travel and yoga are bridged together when she forms a retreat.

Sarvani knows that yoga is healing. She teaches Yin, alignment based Vinyasa with ashtanga undertones, and a style that she created called Moon/YIN Yoga. Since the birth of her daughter she also offers Prenatal, Postnatal, and Mommy & Me Yoga with Infant Massage.  Now a California based yoga teacher, Sarvani is proud to call Ramona home.
